As our Senior Marketing Technology Specialist, you’ll be the technical authority shaping and optimising a sophisticated martech ecosystem. You’ll architect scalable platforms, design intelligent data flows, and enable seamless, personalised experiences across channels ensuring every interaction is impactful, compliant and insight-driven.

You’ll work across teams, guide best practice, and elevate capability without direct people management, positioning yourself as the go-to expert in marketing technology.
Your Day to Day...
Lead the design, configuration and optimisation of marketing technology platforms to ensure scalability, performance and strategic alignment
Oversee integrations and data flows across CRM, automation, analytics and data platforms to enable a connected ecosystem
Translate audience strategies into segmentation frameworks, lifecycle journeys, triggers and personalisation logic
Enable seamless, consistent cross-channel experiences across email, web, social, search and paid media
Establish and maintain governance frameworks, including data standards, tagging, privacy, compliance and QA processes
Provide expert advice, resolve complex technical issues, and uplift capability through guidance, training and best-practice frameworks
About You/Selection Criteria
Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, CDPs, analytics and tagging frameworks
Strong technical capability in platform configuration, integrations, data flows and troubleshooting
Proven experience in segmentation, lifecycle automation and personalisation strategies
Experience enabling cross-channel orchestration and content delivery through martech platforms
Solid understanding of governance, data standards, privacy and compliance requirements
Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Experience developing frameworks, training and uplifting organisational capability
Collaborative approach with experience working across diverse teams in complex environments
