We are currently seeking an EXPERIENCED PRODUCTION BREWER to join our team!
In this role you’ll be working across all aspects of brewing production, from start up and set up through to handover at end of operation, ensuring all production processes and equipment runs properly according to company guidelines, complete administrative paperwork to ensure production KPIs are met and quality is maintained, and ensuring high standards of quality and safety are adhered to at all times.
Candidates must have strong brewing experience in a professional brewing environment with brewing education/qualifications highly regarded. In addition, we are seeking candidates with an absolute dedication to safety, demonstrated problem solving/trouble shooting skills, and excellent communications skills.
This role requires working 3x 12hr shifts a week on a rotating roster with 4 days off on a 24/6 structure (Shifts are 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am). The ordinary hourly rate (OHR) is supplemented by the following loadings : Weekday Night Loading 140% of OHR, Weekend Night Loading 150% of OHR, Weekend Day Loading 150% of OHR, Public Holiday 200% of OHR, Annual Leave Loading 17.5% of OHR.
This role is physically active and may require moving heavy loads, bending and stretching. Physical requirements include the ability to lift, crouch, bend, climb stairs and stand for long periods (full functional capacity assessment conducted to determine physical ability and limitations) .
