The Role
- Oversee the development and maintenance of training and assessment strategies and material
- Oversee validation and moderation
- Oversee review and transition of training programs
- Develop and roll out compliance updates
- Ensure most recent audit report/s are available for access
- Ensure policies and procedures are drafted, approved and adhered to by team members
- Implement and drive the completion of appropriate project plans where there are issues of non compliance with organisational policies and procedures
- Ensure quality indicator reporting to the registering body
- Facilitate annual development of performance development plans for the department (PDP's)
- Maintain RTOs scope of registration
About You
- Extensive and demonstrated experience in a Quality & Compliance position within an RTO
- Demonstrated knowledge of Contractual Requirements (State and or Federal)
- Strong knowledge of the VET sector and the National Standards for RTOs 2025 and VET Quality Framework
- Well-developed knowledge of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF)
- Demonstrated ability work within multiple projects and varied requests in a demanding and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and work collaboratively
- Strong interpersonal communication both written & verbal
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to engage with key internal and external stakeholders
- Able to build, develop and maintain strong relationships
- Proven ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines within a competitive market sector and highly regulated legislative and reporting environment
