About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on IT Support & Asset Coordinator to join our team in Vermont. This is a dynamic role combining end-user support (Level 1–2) with ownership of the IT asset lifecycle across Australia and New Zealand.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our employees have reliable, well-managed technology — from resolving day-to-day IT issues through to managing procurement, deployment, and lifecycle planning of hardware.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of technical support, operational ownership, and process improvement in a multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities                                                                                                      

End User Support (Level 1–2)

  • Provide responsive support for a wide range of IT issues across software and hardware
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
    • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive)
    • Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
    • Business and job management systems
    • Endpoint security tools, VPN, and other enterprise applications
  • Support hardware including:
    • Dell laptops and desktops
    • Printers (office and label)
    • iPhones and VoIP phones
    • Monitors, docks, and peripherals
  • Manage user accounts across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and business systems
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities

IT Asset Lifecycle Management

•           Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets (laptops, phones, printers, peripherals)

•           Oversee procurement, configuration, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning

•           Maintain an accurate and up-to-date IT asset register

•           Conduct regular stock takes and audits

•           Manage logistics for equipment distribution across multiple sites

•           Maintain, organise and secure asset storage areas

•           Manage the printer fleet, including leases, servicing, and vendor coordination Device Deployment & Technical Services

•           Perform device imaging, configuration, and deployment in a secure enterprise environment

•           Provide hands-on support for hardware incidents and requests

•           Manage setup and support, including vendor liaison, for telephony and mobile services

Procurement & Vendor Management

•           Work with suppliers and service providers to manage orders, repairs, and warranties

•           Test and validate new hardware before rollout

•           Contribute to standardisation and cost optimisation initiatives

Travel

•           Occasional travel to interstate and New Zealand locations to support business needs

Required Experience

We’re looking for someone who combines technical capability with organisation.

Essential •2-3 years’ experience in IT support (Level 1–2) and/or IT asset management

•Good troubleshooting skills

•Excellent organisational and time management skills

•Good communication and customer service skills

Desirable

•Familiarity with asset management software and tools.

•Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory

•Experience with device management tools

•Experience managing hardware lifecycle and asset tracking

•Exposure to asset management systems

•Experience working with vendors and procurement processes

•           External: Vendors, Suppliers, Service Providers
