Role Summary We're looking for a commercially driven Field Marketing Manager to partner closely with regional sales teams in ANZ to deliver high-impact marketing programs that generate qualified pipelines and accelerate revenue growth.In this role, you'll own the end-to-end planning, execution and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across key verticals. You bring a strong track record in B2B demand generation, a passion for field marketing, and the ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Strategy & PlanningAct as a strategic partner to regional sales leaders, aligning marketing initiatives with sales priorities and pipeline targets, working alongside the centralised marketing team to set strategy for the financial yearDevelop and execute annual/quarterly marketing plans to drive acquisition, customer expansion and retentionDefine audience segmentation, buyer personas and lifecycle strategies Collaborate with global teams to align messaging, campaigns and go-to-market plansMonitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to inform strategyOwn regional marketing KPIs and present performance, insights and recommendations to senior stakeholdersManage and optimise regional marketing budgets, ensuring strong ROI and efficient allocation of spendDemand Generation & Campaign ExecutionDesign and execute (with growth marketing) integrated, multi-channel campaigns across the full funnel, from awareness to conversionDevelop customer journeys and nurture programs to drive MQL to SQL conversion and pipeline velocityLeverage digital channels including paid media (search, social, display), email, website and marketing automation platformsPlan and deliver both virtual and in-person events to generate demand and deepen prospect engagementLocalise global campaigns and content to maximise regional relevance and performancePartner with content teams to develop assets including case studies, thought leadership and sales enablement materialsManage social media presence and support social selling initiativesTrack, analyze and continuously optimise campaign performance using data and insightsSales Enablement & CollaborationBuild strong cross-functional relationships across sales, marketing, operations and product teamsAlign closely with sales to support pipeline generation, campaign adoption and lead follow-upAct as the voice of the field, providing feedback on gaps, opportunities and market needsMarketing Operations & PerformanceUtilise the CRM platform to manage campaigns, leads and reportingEnsure data integrity, segmentation accuracy and compliance with global standardsImplement structured processes and reporting frameworks to ensure consistent execution and visibilityMonitor and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution and ROI at regular intervalsDrive co-marketing by joining forces with our partners in region Continuously test and learn innovative approaches to improve marketing effectiveness What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred3+ years' experience in B2B enterprise marketing, ideally within technology or softwareProven success in demand generation, acquisition marketing and pipeline growthExperience developing and executing integrated, multi-channel campaignsExperience with digital marketing channelsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working in matrix organizationsHighly organized, proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What Success Looks Like Consistent delivery of high-quality pipeline aligned to sales targetsMeasurable improvement in campaign performance and ROIStrong alignment and partnership with sales and global marketing teamsScalable, repeatable marketing programs that drive sustained growth Why Choose to Work at Squiz?
