Located in Melbourne Eastern Suburbs this role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and activities across multiple channels. The role ensures brand consistency, supports product promotion, and drives engagement through effective marketing operations, content, and events.

Role and Responsibility

  • Coordinate conferences, trade shows, and events arranging all materials, trade stands and registrations.

  • Manage marketing collateral, ensuring brand compliance.

  • Liaise with external vendors (agencies, printers, media).

  • Provide administrative support to sales and marketing team, including product matching, enquiries, and coordination.

  • Assist the Product Manager to execute on marketing campaigns for current products and new product launches.

  • Coordinator and completion of tender submissions with Product Manager.

  • Arrange National Sales Team Meetings (biannually) and team building activities.

The successful applicant could be an instrument tech, have strong computer skills in particular excel, team player with the high attention to detail.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 2 – 5 years’ experience with proven track record.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.

  • Medical device experience desirable but not essential.

  • Customer centric approach.

  • Intermediate skills in related computer applications (e.g. CRM, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint).
