About Us

ProStar Management provides services to our Protector Aluminium and Glass, and ProStar Joinery businesses, established over 25 years. We manufacture and import a wide range of quality products including aluminium and glass fencing, balustrade products, barrier and security doors, decorative screening and timber joinery supplying Bunnings Stores throughout Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and efficient Distribution Assistants to join our growing Truganina team. This is a hands-on role supporting daily warehousing and distribution operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will work closely with a supportive team to ensure products are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking, packing, wrapping, and dispatching products

  • Loading and unloading trucks and containers

  • Receipt, movement, rotation, and storage of stock

  • Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment (if licenced)

  • Completing dispatch, inventory, and quality documentation

  • Maintaining clean, safe, and organised work areas

  • Adhering to WHS policies, procedures, and safe manual handling practices

  • Assisting across warehouse or production areas as required

  • Participating in stocktakes and audit preparation

About You

You are a reliable, hands-on warehouse professional who takes pride in doing the job right. You work safely, follow processes, and contribute positively to a team environment.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience in warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing

  • Forklift licence (LF) preferred but not essential

  • Good attention to detail and quality focus

  • Physical capacity for manual handling and standing work

  • Strong work ethic — reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
