About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Boilermaker or Sheet Metal Worker ready to step into a leadership pathway.

This is a hands-on role with structured training designed to transition you into a Production Supervisor position.

You will be trained to oversee:

  • Workshop production and workflow

  • Steel fabrication processes

  • Robotic and automated manufacturing systems

  • Quality control systems

  • Team coordination and performance

About You

  • Trade qualified (Boilermaker or Sheet Metal Worker)

  • 3-5 years of steel fabrication/manufacturing experience required

  • Reliable with a strong work ethic

  • Motivated to move into a leadership role

  • Interest in learning new technologies and automation

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
