We’re seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to join a well-established residential aged care service in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. A Role with Genuine Influence
Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be a key leader responsible for ensuring quality, compliance and governance practices are embedded across the service. You’ll work alongside clinical and operational leaders to support a high-performing team and ensure the organisation remains aligned with regulatory expectations and best practice standards.

The Role
As Quality & Compliance Manager, you’ll lead the organisation’s quality and compliance function, including:

  • Maintaining compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives across clinical and operational areas
  • Developing and managing audit schedules, quality reviews and improvement plans
  • Supporting accreditation readiness and regulatory visits
  • Driving a culture of accountability, learning and ongoing improvement
  • Reviewing and enhancing policies, procedures and quality systems
  • Monitoring clinical indicators, incidents, risks and quality outcomes
  • Supporting teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions
  • Preparing quality and compliance reports for senior leadership and governance groups
  • Overseeing staff education compliance and supporting workforce capability development
About You
We’re looking for a quality-focused aged care leader who:
  • Is a Registered Nurse with strong residential aged care experience (essential)
  • Has previous experience in quality, compliance, clinical governance or a similar leadership role
  • Understands the Aged Care Quality Standards and contemporary aged care requirements
  • Has experience managing audits, risk frameworks and continuous improvement activities
  • Can translate compliance requirements into practical improvements for teams
  • Builds strong relationships and influences positively across all levels
  • Is passionate about supporting staff to deliver exceptional resident outcomes
