About the Role:

We’re looking for a technically minded and customer-focused Export Technical Assistant to support ARB’s global distributor and regional network.

Working across technical support, customer service and product feedback, you’ll partner with engineering, product, sales and admin teams to resolve enquiries, support international stakeholders and contribute to continuous product improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to technical enquiries and installation issues from global distributors
• Process and manage warranty claims, including reporting and insights
• Support administration tasks and improve internal processes
• Maintain accurate records across CRM and systems
• Assist in delivering technical training to international teams
• Collaborate with product, sales and engineering teams
• Support global tenders and commercial opportunities.

About You:

• Ideally, a mechanical aptitude with hands-on automotive experience gained through work or personal projects
• Experience in a technical support or customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse data (Excel)
• Comfortable working with global teams and across cultures.

Ideally, you’re someone who enjoys getting hands-on with your vehicle, understands how things work, and takes pride in solving problems. You’re equally comfortable analysing data as you are engaging with customers and thrive in a role where no two days are the same.
