Natural Resources is an established personal care business (20+years) that has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work within a friendly team environment for a family run soap manufacturing company!

The key objectives for this role are to oversee the end-to-end movement of multiple product lines and brands within the warehouse facility.

This distribution arm of the business must be able to operate at a high level to ensure local and international orders are met and successfully fulfilled.

Experience in this industry is required, and we will provide on the job training to the successful candidate.

Applicants must have:

•             Degree qualification

•             Minimum 1 year full time work experience in the supply and distribution management or relevant field

•             Reliable and enthusiastic attitude

•             Ability to work independently.

•             Holds a valid forklift license.

•             Experience on a production line in a small to medium size manufacturing business is desirable

•             Availability to work Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 3.00 pm.

•             Availability to work overtime during busy periods.

This role involves:

•             Monitor materials used by dispatch, packaging and warehouse broader team with a re-order system that works in conjunction with stock policies

• Implement real time strategies to control space and storage

• Understanding, preparing and implementing the requirements for storage plans to be effective with the management and control of stock levels

•             Diligent record keeping tracking stock movement in real time.

•             Be able to produce records of stock movements with external parties and stakeholders of the business

•             Guiding staff activities to ensure positive performance and being able to help monitor to ensure performance in all areas.

•             Establishing a record keeping system to mitigate loss and QC for finished goods passing through distribution arm of business

•             Working with manufacturing department to ensure stock level meets base line stock on hand

•             Working with manufacturing department to ensure that there is a working system to ensure stock is available within an optimal time for distribution

•             Working with manufacturing department to ensure purchasing is in on time to ensure supply

•             Working with suppliers of materials to ensure they meet standards, delivery time and budgets

•             Managing logistics relationships and transport arrangements to achieve all delivery objectives

•             Handling purchase orders and sales orders from end to end
