We're looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our site leadership team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Role You'll own the workshop floor — driving production efficiency, managing workflow, and leading a skilled team of tradespeople to deliver repairs on time, to quality, and to the Capital SMART standard. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how a repair shop runs and knows how to get the best out of people.
