We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Personal Trainer / Receptionist to join our growing team. This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds — the opportunity to build your own personal training business while also working front-of-house shifts to connect with members, grow relationships, and support the daily operations of the club.

What You’ll Do:

As a Personal Trainer:

• Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group training sessions

• Build and manage your own client base with in-club marketing support

• Create strong member connections to drive growth and retention

• Be part of a dynamic, supportive, and high-performing PT team

As a Receptionist / Front-of-House Team Member:

• Welcome and assist members and guests in a friendly, professional manner

• Manage member inquiries and general reception duties

• Support gym operations and ensure a welcoming club atmosphere

• Assist with lead generation and member engagement initiatives

What You’ll Need:

• Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or currently completing)

• CPR & First Aid, Public Liability Insurance, and ABN

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A professional, customer-focused approach

• A genuine passion for fitness and helping others achieve results
