Working from a state of the art real estate space located in Thomastown, equiped with world class facilities, including a gym, full time barrista and 100 seat auditorium.

You will be working with a vibrant and fun team with a strong focus on customer service and ongoing support.

Our office is heavily committed to utilising industry leading technology including but not limited to Property Tree, IRE, Bricks & Agent, Airtable, Inspection Express, Agentbox, Active pipe and full cloud solution so our agents are 100% mobile at all times. You will be supported by our rental administration and leasing teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a Portfolio of 150-190 properties

• Customer Service

• Day to day management of the portfolio

Our support offering includes: A dedicated leasing team, on-site support for compliance/administration and leasing, virtual support through our technology platfrom, built in automations and so much more. 

To be considered for this position, you will be self-motivated, have outstanding communication skills and be a strong team player.

You will also need a current driver's licence and agent's representative certificate or an estate agents licence.
