Based in the Northern Suburbs this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take the next step in their career from Assistant to Property Manager!

We are seeking a fun-loving and reliable Property Manager who can work in a team environment and also independently.

The Position:

  1. Within this role, you will manage your own portfolio of approximately 180 properties, including assistance from the Administration team.
  2. General maintenance, arrears, routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections.
  3. Compliance and legal adherence: Promote industry regulations, legal requirements, and best practices, ensuring full compliance in all property management and leasing activities.
  4. Working a 5 day week and 1 in 3 Saturdays

The Ideal Candidate:

A current Victorian Agents Representative

  1. Experience in Property Management
  2. Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
  3. Stable employment displayed on CV
  4. Experience using Property Me however very easy to learn if you have never used this programme and you will be trained!

Qualifications:

  1. Must hold Agent’s Rep Certificate or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 12 months experience in property management.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  4. The desire to learn and grow.
  5. The ability to work proactively and independently.
