Title: Personal and Events Assistant
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000

Venues by Only is on the lookout for a proactive, organised, and hospitality-driven professional to join our growing team as a Personal and Events Assistant.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Coordinating and supporting the seamless delivery of functions and events
Managing logistics: venue arrangements, vendor communications, guest lists, and RSVPs
Creating event materials such as posters, menus, and signage
Providing high-level personal assistance to key executives including calendar management, travel bookings, and correspondence
Handling general administrative tasks: document prep, data entry, scheduling, and research
Acting as a liaison between internal teams, venues, and external partners
Supporting the development of systems and processes to improve team efficiency
Assisting with financial components of events under the guidance of the CFO and Associate Director
Serving as the key contact between venues and head office for event coordination
Maintaining strict confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
What We’re Looking For:
Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
Strong attention to detail and a track record of meeting deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Proven experience as a personal assistant, event coordinator, or in a similar role is preferred but not essential. We value the right attitude and willingness to learn.
