This is an excellent opportunity for a capable PM who is confident managing commercial and/or retail assets but also with the support of more expeirenced PM's if desired.

The Role You will be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of commercial / retail assets
• Handling tenant and landlord stakeholder relationships
• Overseeing lease administration and compliance
• Coordinating maintenance and contractor engagement
• Managing arrears, budgets and reporting

This is a hands-on role requiring strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in commercial property management
• Exposure to commercial and/orretail portfolios preferred but not neccessary
• Strong stakeholder management capability
• Ideally you have a current Cert of Registration (VIC)
• Ideal for those returning to work,wanting to transition from agency or seeking the flexibility of a contract.
• Available to start immediately
