Full Time – Property Manager – City of Casey

Due to growth and expansion, we are offering a fantastic opportunity to join an established, modern & friendly team of professionals in Melbourne’s South East. You will be working alongside a team of experienced, vibrant, professional and capable staff.  You will be part of a team managing a growing portfolio of over 150 Properties using rental program PropertyMe and more.

The Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties

  • Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors

  • Prepare lease agreements and documentation

  • Manage rental arrears and lease renewals

  • VCAT representation

  • Process agreement renewal and rent reviews

  • Co-ordinate maintenance requests and repairs

  • Routine inspections including ingoing and outgoing

  • Ensure compliance with the Victorian Residential Tenancies Act

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Passionate about a long-term career in the property management

  • Immaculately presented and confident character

  • Current Agent Representative Certificate & Valid Victorian driver’s license

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage priorities

  • Knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation

  • Full Australian working rights

  • Managing a portfolio requires an individual who is positive, has a proactive mentality and is client focused in delivering results.
