We are recruiting a junior lawyer to join a highly regarded Insolvency Disputes team in Melbourne. This role offers exposure to a broad mix of restructuring and insolvency matters, working alongside experienced disputes partners on complex, high-value disputes for major corporates, financial institutions and insolvency practitioners. You will gain hands-on experience across matters including large-scale commercial litigation, regulatory investigations and disputes arising from corporate restructures and insolvency processes, often involving sophisticated, multi-party proceedings.
