Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):

·        Calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external parties, to coordinate a variety of tasks/appointments and meetings

·        Communicating and handling incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the Principal and team as required

·        Prioritise & manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through issues in a timely manner

·        Ensure sales administration is completed

·        Database management and client communications

·        Ensure that all new vendor experiences reflect our brand values and service

·        Ensure that all required property campaign activity is completed accurately and on time

To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:

·        Prior experience in real estate industry

·        Current Industry standard certifications essential

·        Reliable car and drivers licence

·        Excellent phone manner

·        Corporate, professional presentation

·        An eye for attention to detail

·        Ability to prioritise workload

·        Strong computer skills

·        A high level of initiative, organisational and time management skills
