Isomer Aged Care is a small not for profit 50 bed facility, located in the leafy suburb of Lysterfield. We are committed to ensuring our residents receive the best quality care and our dedicated team display the organisational values Choice, Dignity, Respect, and Fairness.

 We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Workers to join our team. We have part-time positions available for Morning and Night across 4 shifts per week, as well as a casual term contract opportunity to cover a maternity leave starting in June 2026.

Qualifications & experience

• Experienced Personal Care Assistants who have a passion for aged with a minimum Certificate III in Aged Care are encouraged to apply.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Personal Care Assistants (PCA) provide daily assistance to residents to ensure they are comfortable and receive the care according to their wishes.
