National Estate Agents is a boutique commercial and industrial real estate agency established in 2000.

For over 25 years, we have been helping owners, investors and occupiers buy, sell, lease and manage industrial property throughout Melbourne's northern and western suburbs.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people and is interested in building a career in commercial real estate.

Working alongside our experienced team, including the Managing Director, this role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience within Melbourne's industrial property market while gaining the understanding needed to build a long-term career in commercial real estate.

You will be exposed to all aspects of industrial property sales and leasing, working closely within our team to deliver property transactions, marketing campaigns and business development activities.

About the Role

Working closely within our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting and business development

• Building and maintaining client relationships

• Conducting property inspections

• Assisting with sales and leasing campaigns

• Responding to purchaser, tenant and owner enquiries

• Preparing proposals, submissions and marketing material

• Assisting with the preparation of appraisals and market reports

• Maintaining and updating the agency database and CRM

• Assisting with negotiations and transaction management

• Developing your knowledge of Melbourne's industrial property market

As your experience grows, you will be provided with increasing responsibility and the opportunity to build your own client base and transaction pipeline.

About You

Previous experience in real estate is advantageous but not essential.

You will also have:

• A current driver's licence and reliable car

• An Agent's Representative Certificate (or equivalent), or be willing to obtain one
