Melbourne Fencing Specialists is looking for an experienced Commercial Fencing Estimator to join our growing team.

We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing enquiries and quotations in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing incoming commercial fencing enquiries, preparing accurate quotations, following up clients promptly, and helping drive the continued growth of our commercial division.

All take-offs and drawings are completed offshore, allowing you to focus on pricing, client communication, and delivering high-quality estimating outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing accurate and competitive quotations

• Reviewing project documentation and scope requirements

• Managing and responding to enquiries promptly

• Liaising with builders, suppliers, and clients

• Following up quotations and maintaining strong client relationships

• Working closely with the internal team to ensure smooth project handovers

• Maintaining organised records and pricing information
