About the Role

This is a task-based property management position – no overwhelming portfolio juggling! You’ll be responsible for:

• Conducting entry, routine, and exit inspections

• Managing rent reviews, lease renewals, and arrears

• Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and compliance

• Preparing for and attending VCAT hearings

• Working closely with a supportive admin team and assistant PM

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Agents Representative Certificate

• Driver’s Licence and reliable car

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property management (junior PMs welcome!)

• A team player with great attention to detail and a strong work ethic
