Lawyer | Insurance Litigation | Melbourne

Turks are looking for a 0-2 PQE Lawyer to join our high performing Life Insurance, Superannuation and Financial Advice team.

Responsibilities
  • working on a diverse range of complex litigation and advice matters
  • developing skills in insurance law and litigation
  • having regular involvement and direct contact with clients
  • appearing in various courts and tribunals including Magistrates, County and Supreme courts
Requirements
  • an academic qualification in law, with a current VIC Practicing Certificate
  • experience in litigation, preferably defendant insurance
  • excellent analytical, drafting and communication (verbal and written) skills, with superior attention to detail
  • an enthusiastic and personable lawyer who has a passion for client service
  • the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, as well as autonomously
  • a desire for personal development
