Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all lease administration duties and ensure compliance with budgets and regulations.
  • Oversee collections, default proceedings, and contract compliance.
  • Lead property staff, handle hiring, and manage performance.
  • Conduct property inspections and manage operating and capital budgets, including reconciliations.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and oversee tenant and building construction.
  • Maintain accurate lease records in administration software.
  • Collaborate with owners, accounting teams, tenants, and stakeholders to build strong relationships.
  • Participate in leasing and client meetings to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
  • Real estate license and Full Driver’s License required.
  • Proficiency in MRI software is essential.
  • Strong skills in analysis, prioritization, and delegation.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and vendor relationships effectively.
  • Experience in analyzing and negotiating commercial lease and contract language.
