Responsibilities

The team advises on a diverse range of matters, including:

  • Commercial and contractual disputes
  • Regulatory investigations and enforcement matters
  • Insolvency and restructuring litigation
  • White collar and corporate investigations
  • Shareholder and business disputes
  • Other complex commercial litigation matters

Matters often involve significant commercial, regulatory and reputational considerations, with lawyers encouraged to think critically about legal risk, evidence and strategy from an early stage. You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers across multiple matters, gaining exposure to different approaches to litigation while developing your own style and judgement as a practitioner.

Qualifications & Required Skills
  • 1‑4 years’ PQE in commercial litigation or disputes
  • Experience gained within a reputable law firm
  • Excellent academic results
  • Sound commercial judgement and attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in developing as a well‑rounded litigation lawyer
