With an established team of experienced GPs, we are looking for a warm, highly capable and team-oriented Practice Nurse who wants to be part of something genuinely special from day one.

About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding role where you will work closely with GPs and the wider team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in a clinic environment that is genuinely a pleasure to work in.

Your days may include:

• Triage and clinical assessment

• Childhood and adult immunisations

• Chronic disease management and health assessments

• Wound care and procedural assistance

• Supporting patients newly diagnosed with chronic conditions

• Infection control oversight and cold chain management

• Emergency preparedness and equipment checks

• Coordinating care with external providers

• Ensuring clinical rooms are well-prepared and compliant

We understand that exceptional nurses are the heart of great general practice. Our new clinic, with its beautiful light-filled spaces, carefully chosen fit-out and warm professional culture, has been created with you in mind as much as our patients.

Essential Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration

• Minimum of 1–2 years' general practice nursing experience

• Wound care experience

• Strong computer literacy

• Excellent nursing administration skills

• Accreditation experience

• Sound knowledge of infection control standards

• Understanding of medication storage and cold chain requirements

Desirable

• Immunisation accreditation (or willingness to obtain)

• Experience with CDM and health assessments

• Familiarity with Best Practice software

• DVA CVC coordination experience
