The opportunity:

• Manage an end-to-end commercial portfolio including lease administration, rent reviews, renewals and options.​
• Oversee repairs and maintenance, coordinate trades, handle insurance claims and essential safety measures.​
• Conduct inspections, prepare detailed reports and manage tenant ingoings, routines and exits.​
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants through regular calls, meetings and proactive follow-up.​

What you bring:

• 3–5+ years’ experience in commercial/industrial property management.​
• Current Agent’s Representative (or Cert IV equivalent), valid driver’s licence and a strong service mindset.​
• Confident communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with excellent time management and organisation.​
• A proactive, dependable approach – you follow through, care about outcomes and earn respect from clients and colleagues.

Salary range is dependent on your experience:  $110,000 - $140,000 + Super
