$85-95K+Super+ Commissions & Incentives

The Role As Property Manager, you'll take ownership of a well-managed residential portfolio while being supported by dedicated administration and leasing functions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a residential portfolio with field agent support 

• Leasing Consultant Support

• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Conducting routine inspections and final inspections

• Coordinating maintenance and repairs

• Managing lease renewals and rent reviews

• Handling arrears and tenancy matters

• Delivering exceptional customer service and communication

About You

• Previous Property Management experience

• Current Agent's Representative Certificate (or equivalent)

• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• Experience using PropertyMe (preferred)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Organised, proactive and solutions-focused approach

• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment
