Professionals First & Co. has an opening for a Property Manager/ Senior Property Manager to join our rentals team.

The role will include but not be limited to:

• Manage your owner portfolio, full administration and leasing support 

• Organise and manage property repairs and maintenance

• Conduct arrears management processes daily

• Liaising with landlords, contractors and tenants

• Property ingoing, outgoing

• Provide excellent communication to all clients

• Manage VCAT case

• Leasing and Filing

• Other ad hoc tasks from the manager

To be considered for this role, the successful applicant must:

• Have a strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude

• More than 2 years of property management experience 

• Demonstrate a high level of customer service and building strong relationships, ensuring high level of customer service needs are met

• Previous experience in the Real Estate industry preferred 

• High attention to detail for processes and procedures

• Current driver's license and own a car

• Current agent representative certificate

• Commercial property management experience and Mandarin skills are a plus

On top of the salary package there is an opportunity for commission and an included car allowance allocation.
