We're looking for a Property Management Assistant to join our growing team in Cheltenham. Whether you already have some real estate experience or you're looking to build a long-term career in property management, this is an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

You'll play an important role in helping our Property Management team deliver outstanding service to landlords and tenants while gaining valuable industry experience and career development opportunities.

About the Role

Working alongside our Property Management team, you'll assist with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio and help deliver a high standard of service to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the management of residential rental properties

  • Responding to landlord and tenant enquiries

  • Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor communication

  • Assisting with routine inspections and property administration

  • Preparing lease documentation and general correspondence

  • Maintaining accurate records and compliance requirements

  • Supporting the Property Manager with portfolio management tasks

  • Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and tradespeople

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working with people.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous experience in property management, real estate or administration

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional presentation and a strong work ethic

  • Driver's Licence

  • An Agent's Representative Certificate
