Property Manager – Universal Real Estate Craigieburn

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing a residential rental portfolio

• Liaising with rental providers, renters, and contractors

• Conducting entry, routine, and final inspections

• Coordinating repairs and maintenance requests

• Monitoring and managing rental arrears

• Processing rental applications and leasing documentation

• Advertising available properties

• Conducting open for inspections

• Managing insurance claims and VCAT-related enquiries

• Maintaining accurate records and property file

• Identifying and referring potential sales opportunities to our sales team

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Current Agent's Representative Certificate (essential)

• Current National Police Check

• Valid Driver's Licence and reliable motor vehicle

• Previous experience in residential property management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with PropertyMe software (preferred)
