With a healthy pipeline of commercial works in 2026 and beyond, they are seeking a Senior Estimator with at least 4 years experience to join the team

The Role

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for Tier 3 commercial construction projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
• Complete quantity take-offs and pricing
• Source and assess subcontractor and supplier quotes
• Assist with tender submissions and value engineering
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams
• Maintain cost data and estimating systems

To Be Considered

To be considered for this unique opportunity, we are looking for;

• Minimum 4 years’ estimating experience (commercial construction preferred)

• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
• Proficient in estimating software (e.g. CostX, Cubit, Buildsoft, or similar)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
