We are looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Fulfilment Specialist to join our Sunshine West Branch. This is a varied role where you’ll be the friendly face at the trade counter while also supporting smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

Duties Include:

• Picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders

• Booking in freight via online portals and over the phone

• Unloading & Loading Trucks

• Stock Organisation

• Inbound sales calls

• General administration tasks

• Face to face service for walk in trade customers

• General sales assistant duties

• Maintaining the cleanliness of warehouse

• Occasional deliveries in a small ute

To be successful, you will need:

• Experience in customer service is essential

• Previous warehouse experience would be an advantage but not essential

• Reliable and strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

• Good customer service and communication skills

• Forklift License (or willing to obtain)
