EcoBatt is a dynamic and forward-thinking company leading the way in battery recycling solutions across Australia. With a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation, we are expanding our team and currently seeking a full-time Process/Production Line Worker to join our Campbellfield site for an immediate start.

About the Role:

In this hands-on role, you will primarily be responsible for sorting batteries on a production line and supporting general yard operations. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and physical stamina are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate on a production line sorting batteries and materials.

  • Assist with general yard duties and site cleanliness.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment through daily housekeeping.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Follow safety protocols at all times.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in production line or manual labour is highly regarded.

  • A current forklift license is essential.

  • Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive tasks while standing.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

  • Reliable, honest, and safety conscious.

  • Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.

  • Strong work ethic with a team-focused mindset.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm (with occasional Saturday work as needed).

  • Flexibility and willingness to work extra hours depending on workload.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.

  • National Police Background Check required.

  • Full PPE provided.

  • Training on handling of materials will be provided.
