We’re growing—and we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Logistics Manager to lead our logistics, resourcing, and catering operations across Australia.
About the RoleReporting to the General Manager of Journeys, this role oversees all national logistics functions—including equipment, catering, accommodation, meal service, and compliance—ensuring our programs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
You’ll lead a dedicated team, manage operational budgets, and support multiple BOE sites to deliver exceptional outdoor education outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage national logistics operations for all BOE sites
Oversee equipment, catering, accommodation, and resourcing for programs
Ensure compliance across OH&S, food safety, and site standards
Manage operational budgets and identify efficiency improvements
Lead, develop, and roster a diverse logistics team
Support workforce planning, recruitment, and performance development
Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers
Represent BOE in the community and uphold our commitment to safety and quality
Experience in logistics, operations or related leadership roles
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational work
Experience leading teams and driving performance
High attention to safety, compliance, and quality assurance
Ability to work collaboratively across sites and teams
Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)
