Build your infrastructure experience beyond traditional helpdesk work.Hands-on ICT Systems & Support role with real ownership. You will be the primary on-site ICT resource responsible for keeping systems, networks and infrastructure running reliably in a live manufacturing and warehouse environment. You will troubleshoot infrastructure issues, execute changes in live systems, and work with vendors and internal teams to keep operations running. The environment is operational and uptime matters. What you’ll do• Provide Level 2 support across hardware, software, networks and cloud services• Maintain and troubleshoot core infrastructure including servers, storage, backups and virtualisation• Support and maintain network environments including switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls and site connectivity• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID including users, identity and access management• Support systems used in manufacturing, warehouse and logistics operations while coordinating vendors when required About youYou are a hands-on IT/OT Support Engineer who can support users and infrastructure in a busy operational environment. You take responsibility for keeping systems stable, solve problems calmly, and know when to involve vendors or escalate issues. You bring• ~5+ years in ICT support, systems or infrastructure roles• Strong hands-on experience with Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID• Practical networking experience (switches, Wi-Fi, connectivity troubleshooting)• Cisco CCNA or similar networking certification• Experience working in FMCG, manufacturing or other 24/7 operational environments CultureThis is a pragmatic, low-ego environment where people are trusted to do their job.
