Company Description Travel Ease Solutions (TES) is a specialist flight disruption management company, partnering with major international airlines across Australia and New Zealand. We provide accommodation and transport solutions during flight disruptions, operating 24/7, 365 days per year. About the role Working closely with our airline partners, TES delivers responsive service in time-critical situations, helping to minimise disruption for the airlines. The team operates in a dynamic environment where strong organisation, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to exceptional service is highly valued. This is a hybrid role, where you will be required to work two days per week in the office. The role is approximately 20 hours per week, with scope to expand and take on additional responsibilities as the company grows. As we are operational 24/7, 365 days per year, the successful candidate should be willing to work outside standard business hours when required. You will: Act as a key point of contact for airline, hotel, and ground transport partners Coordinate and manage responses to flight disruption events Respond to customer communication while building and maintaining long-term relationships Identify and support the development of new business opportunities Liaise regularly with external stakeholders and industry partners Prepare and manage sales communications About you: We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Logistics Co-Ordinator to join us. You will build and maintain strong relationships, ensure smooth delivery, and identify opportunities to expand our reach. The role requires quick thinking and exceptional organisational, and communication skills. You will be comfortable in a high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in airline, hospitality, hotel, or the travel industry, and demonstrate the ability to work independently while thinking quickly and making sound decisions. You will possess strong administrative and organisational skills, and be comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Technical skills will be considered an advantage.
