APT (Advanced Polymer Technology) is the leading global manufacturer of polyurethane-based materials, acrylic coatings and synthetic turf products for sporting and recreational applications.

About the role:

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Logistics team. This opportunity presents a great development opportunity for the right person. Within this position you will be challenged to be forward thinking, able to think conceptually and be a good problem solver!

Your new position will ensure all export orders and import raw materials are delivered on time, meeting established schedules and deadlines.

Ensure all necessary documentation, such as invoices, bills of lading and customs forms are accurate and compliant with regulations.

Entering and maintaining accurate data related to orders, shipments, and inventory in databases.

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate daily logistics and delivery activities

  • Track shipments and update internal records

  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams

  • Create and manage all export/import documents with freight forwarders and warehouse team

  • Assist with scheduling and logistics planning

  • Coordinate export/import bookings with freight forwarders and transport companies

  • Ensure all transport is booked and delivered to site ready for loading.

  • Liaise with factory teams to ensure all products for export are dispatched in full on time

  • Liaise with internal customers to provide delivery information where necessary

  • Support reporting and continuous improvement tasks

What you will need to succeed:

  • Proven customer service experience

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy standards

  • Ability to make quick decisions

  • Sound problem solving skills

  • Able to communicate (both written and verbally) effectively 

  • Reasonable computer skills and confidence using internal systems

  • Proven track record to manage your time effectively in a busy role.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • 1–3+ years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain roles
