Jet Empire Transport has been providing transport services in Melbourne since 1996, specializing in delivering palletized and bundled freight across metro Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Due to the growing demand for our services, we are currently seeking experienced owner drivers, ranging from 2 & 4t trays and tauts, as well as 6t trays and tauts right through to 22t prime movers with trailer, with a particular focus on 14t/14 pallet tauts for daily & permanent runs, all sizes however are required for an immediate start.

The roles on offer involve set & permanent runs, as well as delivering around metro Melbourne areas, and also include an increased workload going across regional Victoria.

The successful applicants' will require excellent customer services skills, have experience working in a fast paced & time critical environment, knowledge of multi-drop runs and a great driving record. The positions on offer are fulltime (Monday to Friday) with no start-up costs and immediate start.

All owner drivers must have

• A positive attitude, with good communication skills

• A current valid Australian drivers license along with motor vehicle insurance

• Full working rights in Australia (Citizen or permanent resident)

• A smart phone and Australia Business Number (ABN)

• An understanding of Chain of Responsibility, mass and fatigue management

• Proficient with load restraint equipment and techniques

• The ability to make a positive contribution to our team
