We are a Car Rental Business in Campbellfield and are looking for someone who can manage the fleet of cars
Position
Fleet Manager
Main tasks
Data Entry
· Data entry of all financial information in accordance with management requirements
· Utilize computerized business applications including Microsoft Excel and Company CRM
· Input of sales records
· Print and enter invoices from the Day Sheets
General Administration tasks
. Maintain our fleet of Cars for Uber and Rideshare Rental
· Maintain internal filing, including accounts payable, account receivable documentation, and other miscellaneous filing
· Maintain regular contact with drivers and rostering them accordingly for long term rental.
. Nominating infringements and fines.
. Collecting payments.
. Reporting and sharing day to day activities with senior management for effective running of business.
Required qualities
· Professional approach.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent attention to detail
