Sardar Roadlines Pty Ltd – Campbellfield VIC

Sardar Roadlines Pty Ltd is a growing transport, logistics, and vehicle servicing business based in Campbellfield, Victoria. The company operates a fleet of 26 trucks and 8 trailers and provides specialised servicing and maintenance solutions for heavy-duty diesel vehicles, trucks, trailers, vans, utes, and light motor vehicles. The business services both its own transport fleet and external commercial customers across Melbourne’s northern suburbs.

Due to continued business growth and expansion of workshop and logistics operations, we are seeking a full-time Office Manager to support and coordinate the daily administrative and operational functions of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Organising and supervising office administration procedures and operational workflows

Coordinating transport and workshop administrative activities including scheduling, bookings, customer enquiries, and service records

Maintaining operational documentation, invoicing, supplier records, contractor records, and fleet servicing schedules

Liaising with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Supporting workforce coordination including rostering, timesheets, and administrative support for mechanics and drivers

Monitoring office expenses, processing invoices, and assisting management with budgeting and reporting activities

Implementing and improving office systems and administrative procedures to support business growth and efficiency

Ordering workshop supplies, office consumables, and coordinating with external service providers

Assisting management with customer service, operational reporting, and general business administration

Ensuring office operations comply with workplace procedures and company policies


Benefits

Salary offered: Base Salary of $80,000 + Superannuation

Qualification & experience

Diploma level qualification or higher in Business Administration, Management, or related field

Minimum 1–2 years relevant office management or administration experience preferred

Previous experience owning, operating, or managing a small business will be highly regarded

Demonstrated experience undertaking office management duties within their own business operations, including administration, invoicing, scheduling, customer service, supplier coordination, and operational support

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment

Proven ability to independently manage competing priorities, maintain business records, and support business growth and operational efficiency

Procurement and logistics experience
