As part of our continued growth, we are currently seeking a proactive and organised Logistics Coordinator to join our team at our Derrimut site. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting daily logistics operations, coordinating transport and warehouse activities, and helping deliver exceptional service to our customers across Australia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning and coordinating transport schedules and delivery routes

  • Support the storage and movement of raw materials and finished goods

  • Follow company procedures and safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with local regulations and HSEQ standards

  • Coordinate shipments from production through to customer delivery

  • Track and update orders using inventory and tracking systems

  • Work closely with the warehouse team to support efficient storage and distribution of products

  • Help monitor transport costs and delivery performance measures

  • Maintain accurate shipping and delivery documentation

  • Keep records up to date for vehicles, schedules and completed deliveries

Skills and Job Requirements:

  • Attention to detail

  • A minimum of 1 year experience working in a similar role

  • Proficiency with Ms Excel and exposure to CRM and ERP is a bonus

  • Be an analytical thinker and have strong problem resolution/decision making skills

  • Possess a strong work ethic and initiative, be a good team-player and communicator

  • Attention to detail and sense of urgency are needed

  • Must hold full working rights (Australian citizen or Permanent Resident)
