Mixers/Batchers/Production Machine Operators - Day and Afternoon shift
  
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Mixers/Batchers/Production Machine Operatorsto join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with experience in production or manufacturing who is comfortable working with chemicals and enjoys a varied, physically active role.
  
Day shift - $33.88 per hour + super - Mon - Th -6am-2.30pm, Fri 6am-12.30pm
Afternoon shift – $38.96 per hour + super - Mon-Th 2.30pm – 11.00pm, Fri 2.30pm-9pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Batching and mixing raw materials in accordance with production schedules and formulas
  • Operating and monitoring mixing and batching equipment
  • Handling and measuring chemicals in line with safety procedures and SDS requirements
  • Pick and packing of finished products
  • Manual handling of raw materials and finished goods
  • General cleaning and housekeeping of production and mixing areas
  • Completing basic quality checks and production documentation
  • Adhering to WHS, environmental, and site safety procedures at all times
  • Supporting other areas of the factory as required
About You
  • Previous experience as a batcher, mixer, or machine operator in a manufacturing environment (highly regarded)
  • Comfortable working with chemicals and following strict safety guidelines
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow formulas and instructions
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
  • Forklift licence advantageous
