CRS, part of the global Legrand Group, is seeking a detail‑driven and collaborative Purchasing Officer / Procurement Administrator to support our purchasing and manufacturing operations.

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, this role plays a critical part in ensuring materials and services are procured accurately, on time, and in line with project, production and cost requirements. You’ll work closely with Project Administration, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams, contributing directly to operational efficiency and delivery outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with ERP‑based purchasing experience particularly within a manufacturing environment who enjoys structure, accuracy, and strong cross‑functional teamwork.

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate, process and manage purchase orders end‑to‑end within the M1 ERP system

  • Ensure accurate data entry, receipting and record‑keeping across all purchasing transactions

  • Coordinate with Project Administration and Manufacturing teams to support project timelines, technical requirements and cost targets

  • Support the Materials Manager with material planning, procurement scheduling and continuity of supply

  • Maintain up‑to‑date supplier details, pricing agreements and purchasing data in M1

  • Monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and resolution of discrepancies

  • Comply with internal procurement policies, governance and approval processes

  • Contribute to cost‑effective, ethical and reliable purchasing outcomes aligned with CRS values

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience using M1 ERP or a similar ERP system, ideally in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Sound administrative and organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and follow‑through

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across operations, projects and manufacturing

  • Experience coordinating with suppliers and maintaining professional working relationships

  • A proactive, dependable approach and commitment to process compliance
