Transport Allocator - Hallam | $75K + Super | Immediate Start

Join a respected national transport and logistics company with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and people.

We’re looking for an Transport Allocator to oversee pick-up and receival operations from suppliers into major retailer distribution centres.

The role requires a confident leader who can manage staff, control budgets, and keep operations moving efficiently day to day.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for supplier receivals and deliveries (palletised freight)
• Lead and support warehouse and transport staff
• Oversee operational budgets and KPIs
• Handle customer escalations and resolve service issues
• Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and performance

About You

• Experienced in warehouse, transport, or freight operations
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable managing budgets and performance targets
• Available to start immediately

Salary: $75,000 + Super
Location: Hallam, Victoria
Start: ASAP
