PharmEquip has been supplying hoses, components, and equipment to the Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage, Brewery, and Distillery industries for over 25 years from their location in Bayswater North.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure and maintain product location integrity.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with local and international suppliers

  • Audit all inventory processes and systems regularly.

  • Ensuring purchase orders are placed in a timely manner, based on product sales forecast

  • Managing incoming freight, customs clearances and associated paperwork.

  • Review and investigate product discrepancies, damages, and stock variances

  • Provide recommendations, support, and solutions for better practice.

  • Investigate all discrepancies and issues within pre-determined time frames

  • Perform regular stock and price adjustments

  • Manage and control an accurate inventory of stock

  • Manage the ordering of stock and liaise with suppliers  

  • End of month reconciliation

  • Process customer orders, enquires and follow up on any issues

The successful applicant will have:

  • Previous experience in administrative duties and Customer Service

  • High level of Microsoft Office skills.

  • High attention to detail

  • Proven ability to plan, organise, monitor, and adapt processes to support improvement strategies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail with excellent time management skills.

  • Flexible and dependable with the capacity to work under pressure
