We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Assembly Trade Assistant to join our dynamic team in Laverton North, just 13km west of Melbourne CBD. In this role, you'll be crucial in preparing products according to customer orders.
If you are experienced in hands-on fabrication, including assembling components, drilling various plates, countersinking, buffing, grinding, spray painting, preparing parts for painting, ensuring a quality finish, and welding, you thrive in a hardworking environment, and possess a proactive attitude, we want to hear from you. About the role…
Fabricate and assemble components to schedule
Welding of components
Drilling of base, flat and ripple plates, and any other drilling projects
Countersinking, buffing, and grinding of plates
Spray painting, preparation of parts to be painted
Maintaining site safety
Must have...
Full working rights in Australia and currently residing in Australia
Welding experience
Forklift Licence
Experience with swing, jib, hoist operation
