We are looking for a highly skilled and organised Purchase Order Officer to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for procurement and supply chain management, we would love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and process purchase orders (POs) in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery schedules.

  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, inventory levels, and supplier performance.

  • Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure timely replenishment and avoid shortages.

  • Track and verify the status of orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any discrepancies or issues.

  • Assist in negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers and vendors.

  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processes.

  • Prepare and maintain purchase order reports for management review.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in procurement.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role.

  • Skills:

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

    • Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage supplier relationships.
