We are looking for a highly skilled and organised Purchase Order Officer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Create and process purchase orders (POs) in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure timely replenishment and avoid shortages.
Track and verify the status of orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
Assist in negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers and vendors.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processes.
Prepare and maintain purchase order reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in procurement.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage supplier relationships.
